- 1 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan (fresh)
- 2 Tbsp. capers (drained)

Directions
- Over medium heat, bring white wine and lemon juice to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in heavy cream. Reduce for 5 minutes.
- Stir in parmesan and capers. Toss with ravioli or noodles.
