- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
- 12 oz. raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 pinch kosher salt
- 2 Tbsp. whole milk (room temperature, if needed)
