Excelllent did not know about incorporating the flour into the mix. If over mixed it would make the cookie tougher. I knew this about pie dough but never thought about it with cookie dough. I believe that’s why these cookies turned out perfect. Great recipe and thank you for the advice.

This cookie is delicious! Someone actually told me that it's the best cookie they'd ever had. Plus, my teenage son and husband request them often. I followed the directions. I didn't need to change a thing.
