loved this recipe! the shape, the taste, the festiveness. I highly recommend! I halved the peppermint extract so it wouldn't be overwhelming and they turned out perfect.

Very rich and minty cookie. It is good with and without the white chocolate :)

Great recipe. Crushed peppermint candy looks nice, but is not necessary, as the peppermint extract flavors the cookies too

These are fantastic! We have made these for the past three years for our holiday parties. They make an excellently sweet addition to any cookie spread! They are thin and still chewy, and the peppermint extract in the cookie is a genius addition! We have found that if you can find more “dinner mint” style peppermints rather than candy canes we like that a little better, but they work great either way. These have been added to our “must-make” holiday cookie list, and will be gracing our table for years to come!

Great! I made these for my neighbors first birthday and they were a hit!

Absolutely delish! I didn't dip them in white chocolate as I'm not a fan of white chocolate. But the taste is phenomenal. I love the crunchy outsides and gooey inside. Will definitely make again.

Similar to a brownie! Had good flavor but didn’t care for the texture so much probably wouldn’t make again

Super yum, lots of compliments. Def recommend sticking to max 9 mins baking, otherwise they get fluffy then crunchy. 9 mins is perfect chewy fudginess.

Family loved, Dad especially who is very hard to please! Are soft and chewy, and very very tasty.

The BEST homemade cookie recipe I've ever tried. I know it doesn't suit everyone's tastes but my family was RAVING about these around the holidays.

They turned out amazing! The amount of chocolate is perfectly balanced with the peppermint, and the crunched peppermint on the top gives it a nice crunch. I would highly recommend these to anyone who loves these flavours around Christmas!😊

Fabulous Cookies! These cookies came out nice and moist with a lot of flavor and they looked pretty. I will definitely make these cookies again.

I measured and went exactly by the recipe, and my first tray of cookies turned out flat. So I added 3/4 cup flour a pinch of salt and an eighth of a teaspoon baking soda to the remaining dough. Then they turned out perfectly .

Really disappointed - I’m making these for a Christmas party, followed directions to a T, but they spread a lot then deflate once out of the oven. I even tried chilling the dough prior to the last batches. I may end up taking a store bought dessert 😒

They turned out just like the recipe said they would. I’m not big on hard candy in cookies so I didn’t add it. But no one missed it.

Made this for my staff and they were gone by 10am. Really easy and delicious. The cookie tastes like a brownie. Make it!!

These turned out great! They spread a lot more than I thought they would, but the texture is perfect. I cut back on the sugar a bit and used less white chocolate. These are definitely a new favorite!
