Similar to a brownie! Had good flavor but didn’t care for the texture so much probably wouldn’t make again

Super yum, lots of compliments. Def recommend sticking to max 9 mins baking, otherwise they get fluffy then crunchy. 9 mins is perfect chewy fudginess.

The BEST homemade cookie recipe I've ever tried. I know it doesn't suit everyone's tastes but my family was RAVING about these around the holidays.

They turned out amazing! The amount of chocolate is perfectly balanced with the peppermint, and the crunched peppermint on the top gives it a nice crunch. I would highly recommend these to anyone who loves these flavours around Christmas!😊

Fabulous Cookies! These cookies came out nice and moist with a lot of flavor and they looked pretty. I will definitely make these cookies again.

I measured and went exactly by the recipe, and my first tray of cookies turned out flat. So I added 3/4 cup flour a pinch of salt and an eighth of a teaspoon baking soda to the remaining dough. Then they turned out perfectly .

Soft and chewy but did not puff up like I expected, they were very flat. I also left out the peppermint extract and it didnt effect the taste. Sure to use good melting chocolate as well, not white chips.

Soft and chewy but found they broke too easily when dipping in chocolate.

Really disappointed - I’m making these for a Christmas party, followed directions to a T, but they spread a lot then deflate once out of the oven. I even tried chilling the dough prior to the last batches. I may end up taking a store bought dessert 😒

They turned out just like the recipe said they would. I’m not big on hard candy in cookies so I didn’t add it. But no one missed it.

These turned out great! They spread a lot more than I thought they would, but the texture is perfect. I cut back on the sugar a bit and used less white chocolate. These are definitely a new favorite!

The mixture was a bit tough to blend, and my cookies turned out a little flatter than I would’ve liked. I’m not sure if I did anything wrong. I love the black cocoa and white chocolate that are used.

My 15 year old daughter made these for a Christmas dance party last week. She followed the recipe exactly, and they were a delicious hit! The mint & chocolate flavors are right on, with neither over powering the other. The cookies texture is soft, but chewy. It makes a fairly large batch, too.

Yum! Everyone loved these. They turned out perfect following the recipe as written even at 6,000 feet altitude. We dipped them in the melted white chocolate and then in Christmas sprinkles . We will be adding these to our annual Christmas cookie rotation.
