I took a simple chewy sugar cookie recipe and tweaked it to suit my family's sweet tooth. Hope you enjoy them as much as we do!

- 2 cups sugar
- 2 sticks softened butter
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 45 mini marshmallows
