Rich and tasty with a slight bit of heat from the jalapeños and paprika. The use of corn tortillas add yet another level of flavor.
I would and am planning on making this again.

Turned out great, the only thing I didn’t use was the additional green chiles in the chicken mixtures but I did use it in the sauce.

Really delicious! I had to substitute Colby jack cheese for the Monterrey Jack, and I used smoked paprika which added another level of flavor.

They were good but I found everything to be a little too rich and heavy for my personal taste.

Tne recipe was good! It could of used more sauce on top than what it actually tells you to make! so next time I will make more sauce lol. Also, didn't have the green chiles to go with it, but still came out great without! Will definitely make again!

It turned out great. I used flour tortillas and cheddar because that’s what I had on hand. I will definitely make again. The videos make the recipe seem harder than it is. Really quite simple. I cheated and had a precooked chicken and some stock in the fridge.

This was sooo good. I didn't have any issues with it being dry, the cheese ratio was perfect, the chicken was moist, this dish was delicious!

My family and I absolutely love this dish!!! I stacked instead of rolling the enchiladas much easier. Also boiled chicken in broth of mexican flavors to add extra spice. ❤❤❤

Easy and delicious! I like spicy, so I used Tony Chachere's seasoning instead of paprika. I will definitely make this again! Maybe add bell peppers in addition to the canned mild peppers...

I love this recipe, but the tortillas almost always break apart while rolling and I end up with a mess of tortiall and goop. One day, in total frustration at the tortillas breaking apart on me while rolling I decided to turn this into a casserole. I added black beans and corn to the filling and layered the tortillas, chicken/veggie mixture and cheese into a casserole dish. So GOOD and I haven't looked back since then. :)
