- 4 cups chicken broth
- 7 chicken breasts
- 45 oz. great northern beans (drained)
- 2 cups salsa verde
- 2 tsp. ground cumin
- avocado (optional)

Directions
- Place chicken breasts in crock pot. Add the salsa verde, cumin & three cans of any type of beans you have (I had 2 great northern and 1 back bean the first time I made this & you can use navy beans as well).
- Cook for 6-7 hours on Low if chicken is frozen (careful not to freeze large packages as they won’t fit in crockpot unless you separate them before freezing. Or, cook 5-6 hours on Low if use unfrozen breasts.
- Shred chicken in crockpot and serve with whatever topping listed about that you have.
