a very easy white bean and chili recipe. Delicious but makes a LOT.
Ingredients

- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 onion (medium, chopped)
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 3 1/2 cups fat-free chicken broth
- 45 oz. great northern beans (or white navy)
- 1 1/2 lb. chicken breasts
- 4.5 oz. chopped green chilies
- 2 ground cumin
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- cayenne pepper

Directions
- saute onion in dutch oven until translucent
- add garlic, chilies, cumin, oregano and cayenne and saute 2 minutes.
- add undrained beans and chicken stock
