- garlic
- canned tomatoes
- salt
- fresh ground pepper
- 1 lb. small white beans (soaked overnight, drained, and rinsed.)
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 Tbsp. thyme
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 can diced tomatoes (ready to use)
- water
- black pepper (I use about 7 "grinds" on the grinder)
- 2 tsp. salt
