- 2 heads broccolini
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/8 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 15 oz. navy beans (drained and rinsed, can sub other white bean like Cannellini)
- flat leaf parsley (chopped, for garnish, optional)
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice (about the juice of ½ a lemon)
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. agave (or honey)
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
