Very yummy. Easy to make in the Instant Pot if you don't have 3 hrs to boil the beans. I like to add a couple tsp of red wine vinegar, or a vinegar based hot sauce at the end.

My wife thought Iwent to a restaurant and bought it. Everyone loved it. I added a sprig of rosemary cut from our yard, and 2 bay leaves.
