Good taste, used cooked chicken and leftover chicken. Made rice to go with it. A keeper.

Very good. It does need a garnish. I liked a little fresh lemon juice and sour cream.

Delicious and easy! I liked using ground chicken because it’s less work. I added diced green chilies and fresh cilantro. Also I wanted it to be thicker so I made a paste of flour and water at the end and stirred it in. It tightened up perfectly! I’ll serve with the recommended condiments plus avocado & lime wedges. It’s not very spicy so some hot sauce served on side will be perfect for those that like a kick. Definitely will make again!

was wonderful! used left over shredded roast chicken, pinto beans & twice as much of the seasonings. and made it in the crock pot. but this recipe was my base! ;)

Good! I made a few deviations. I poached two large boneless, skinless chicken breasts in four cups chicken broth and added a quartered onion, some smashed garlic, bay leaves, salt and pepper. Using a sieve I poured the broth into a measuring cup and discarded the seasonings. If you haven’t used a mixer to shred your chicken you’re working to hard. Using the pan I used to poach the chicken I sautéed onion and garlic. I added a little water to make my broth four cups and added the remaining ingredients. Small note I did not have cumin, so I added two tablespoons of homemade taco seasonings. Cooked as directed. I added two teaspoons of red pepper. Half a teaspoon just wasn’t spicy enough. Boyfriend liked it well enough for two servings. Would definitely make again and will add to my favorites.

EXCELLENT! I used red onions instead of white. And when I finished adding all the ingredients together, I let it simmer/cook in the crockpot for an hour on low.

This is a great recipe! I have made this a couple of times and my family loves it. I added Birdseye Fiesta Lime Corn and a little heavy cream to make it a touch thicker.

My husband loved it! I even put some in the blender and gave it to my 8 month old daughter! We didn't have two cans of white beans so I did one red, one white. Great fall meal (and easy!)
