Delicious and easy. I used ground chorizo. Reduce beans to 1 can. Top with cilantro, sour cream, cheese and tortilla chips.

This is a fantastic and super easy recipe. My 6 and 3 year old love it. I use kielbasa instead of mexican chorizo so it is not spicy for the kids. I usually double up the ingredients so there are left overs.
