- 8 oz. crimini mushrooms (or button, sliced)
- 4 cups Brussels sprouts (sliced/shredded, I used the 12 ounce bag of pre-sliced sprouts from Trader Joes)
- 3 cups great northern white beans (cooked, or two 15-ounce cans, rinsed and drained)
- 2 Tbsp. liquid aminos
- 1 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
- 1 1/2 tsp. dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 3 cups wild rice (cooked)
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. maple syrup
