- 1 can tuna in oil
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 red onion (medium)
- 1 handful parsley
- 1 lemon
- salt
- pepper

Directions
- Chop the tomatoes, onion and parsley. Transfer into a bowl.
- Add the beans and the tuna, including the oil from the can.
- Add lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste.
