this is better than I expected. Had a little multigrain bread to sop it up. I make caprese salad all of the time. it must have been the beans that made it extra special.

I made a double recipe by adding black beans and white kidney beans and 8 ounces of pearled mozzarella and man am I happy I made this! Amazing recipe!

Really good!. Flavours compliment each other nicely. The balsamic glaze was perfect to counter act the acidic tomatoes.

This recipe turned out amazing! Delicious combination of flavored.
My new favorite 😊
The only thing I changed is red wine vinager for the balsamic, to sweet for this combo of flavors.
