Turned out great. The taste is awesome. This will be my new go to for homemade dressing. It tastes better than any bottled dressing that I've purchased and it's very easy make - a win/win!

Fantastic! Even my husband who hates salads told me that the salad dressing was excellent. This is a very sweet dressing, but in a delightful way. I use this to recreate a salad that I buy from a meal service. Salad has spring/mixed greens, blueberries (either fresh or dried), chopped walnuts, puffed quinoa, and small chopped cauliflower. I did cut the oil down to an under-filled 1/3 cup.
