- 1 slice Dubliner cheese (or white cheddar Gruyere or sharp cheddar)
- 1/4 cup Jameson Whiskey (or any good quality whiskey)
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard (or 1/2 tsp mustard powder)
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- dashes hot sauce

Another 5 Star Rating from Rod with this amazing recipe tonight! He loved the glaze so much that he coated his sweet potato with it. We used a different dark stout than Guiness to cook the onions and they were fantastic. I was surprised at how fast the beer cooks away. Keep a close eye on it!
