- 1/3 cup worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup bourbon (or your favorite whiskey)
- 1/2 stick butter
- 2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 shot whiskey
- 1 qt. turkey stock (or chicken stock)
- Tbsp. worcestershire sauce (A couple of tablespoons)
