However, many people take issue with the texture of cottage cheese. ENTER: whipped cottage cheese. By whipping the cottage cheese in a food processor or blender, it becomes smooth, creamy, and luscious. With my delicious whipped cottage cheese, I made an absolutely SCRUMPTIOUS fall-themed toast featuring caramelized apples and pumpkin seeds! The flavor combinations for the whipped cottage cheese are literally endless, so have fun!

- 2 apples (thinly sliced)

- 2 slices crusty bread (toasted)
