Whewww!! That’s a great arm workout routine for the arms. A gateway method that can lead to some really elegant desserts as well. Intensive coffee flavor is great

This is nice and fluffy! It floats on the milk (I used almond milk) perfectly even when topped with some brown sugar. One thing I found is that the taste REALLY depends on what kind of instant coffee you use. My first try was terrible, very sour taste even though it was a dark roast... but then I used a hazelnut light roast and it came out great!
