    Never again will I buy frosting in jar again. Easy, fast, and yummy. Light and creamy. Next time I'll try with dark cocoa and maybe add some espresso for a richer and more decadent flavor.

    Yum!! I only used 80% of the amount of cocoa called for as I was using it on a very rich, dense butter cake and wanted to make it lighter. I got so many compliments on this frosting - can't wait to make (and eat) it again!
