A nice healthy alternative to a familiar favorite. You can make it healthier by the type of meat you purchase as well.
Ingredients

- 1 tsp. vegetable oil
- 2 onions (chopped)
- 5 cloves garlic (crushed, 3 for meat 2 for cauliflower topping)
- 1 stalk celery (minced)
- 2 lb. ground beef (chicken or turkey)
- 1 cup crushed tomatoes
- 1 cup beef stock (low-fat)
- 1/2 tsp. tamari sauce
- 1/2 tsp. rosemary (or 1 fresh sprig)
- 1/2 tsp. sage (or 1 fresh sprig)
- 1/2 tsp. thyme (or 1 fresh sprig)
- 2 cups carrots (diced roasted)
- 2 cups frozen peas
- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 2 Tbsp. milk

Directions
- Put cauliflower and stock into a medium pot and bring to a boil, reduce to simmer and cover with a lid. Cook cauliflower for about 20 minutes or until it is soft and falling apart. Drain cauliflower and reserve liquid.
- In a food processor, or with a masher, whip cauliflower with yeast, 1-2 garlic cloves crushed and (salt to taste.). Add milk and/or stock until mixture has texture of mashed potatoes. Set aside to cool.
- In saute pan over medium heat, heat vegetable oil and saute onions, garlic and celery until translucent. Add ground meat and cook until lightly brown.
