- 1/2 cup butter (softened)
- 1/2 tsp. grated lemon zest (finely)

Directions
- BEAT preserves, butter and lemon zest in small bowl with mixer on high speed until smooth and fluffy.
- SPOON or pipe into small bowl to serve.
- FOR COMPOUND BUTTER: Transfer whipped butter to a piece of parchment paper or plastic wrap. Shape into a log. Wrap tightly. Chill until firm. Slice into pieces for serving.
