Hi Clare 3 years ago
There is a lot of nutrition in whey, a by-product of homemade Greek yogurt. This recipe for bread seemed interesting and it was indeed tasty. The directions at first seemed a bit confusing but used my own method for success with this recipe. Five cups of flour yields two standard loaves of bread, It rises too incredibly high for just one loaf per instructions.

Very good! High, light though I can’t taste the whey—it came from making Greek yogurt. I would have given it five stars but in the middle of the instructions a mixer instruction was given. If you know how to make bread, this recipe is easy to make using a stand mixer.
