I don’t like wheat bread, but I’m using up random ingredients in my pantry during the ‘Rona lockdown, so here we are, huge pack of wheat germ. It stayed fluffy, moist and mold-free for the few weeks I wrapped it and left it on the counter before I finally ate it. I used the bread machine instead of mixer and oven.
