- 1 Tbsp. smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. cloves
- kosher salt
- black pepper
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 4 cups sweet potatoes (orange fleshed, scrubbed and cut into bite-sized chunks)
- 13 oz. diced tomatoes with juice
- 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 1 cup chunky peanut butter (or cashew butter, Cashew butter for Whole 30)
- 5 oz. kale (baby spinach, or greens)
