- 1/2 red pepper (chopped)

- 3 celery ribs (chopped)
- 1/3 cup fresh cilantro
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 4 Tbsp. fat free sour cream (or greek yogurt)
- 4 Tbsp. flour (to thicken, I only use 1 because I don’t like thick soup)
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (cooked)
