- 1/2 cup red onion (diced)
- 1 Tbsp. garlic (minced)
- 1 cup bell pepper (diced)
- 4 chicken sausage (links, diced, I use Adelle's’ all natural chicken and apple sausage)
- 1 cup peas (& carrots frozen)
- 2 eggs (scrambled)
- 6 slices turkey bacon (cooked and cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 3 cups brown rice (cooked and cooled, cook the day before and store in refrigerator)
