it was great and a huge hit with the gang. It was super moist and the vegetable help give it that moisture and added to the flavour....will be making again. Also it went great wwiththe twice baked potoes that was also on weight watchers and had all the goodness of traditional twice baked pototes but not the guilt....thanks

Excellent meatloaf! I add the veggies raw (no oil), three links (casing removed) sweet Italian turkey sausage, 1/4 cup ketchup, and extra TBS Worcestershire sauce and 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar . Also subbed 1% turkey meat for the ground beef.

This meatloaf has so much flavor and is BY FAR the best meatloaf I've ever eaten! I always doubled the recipe (we have 4 adults and 3 kids in our house!) but only used one onion for both pans. Even my children who eat next to nothing love this meatloaf. I make it once a week!! Very filling too!

This was delicious. Way better than any meatloaf I have ever made and a comforting meal. 5 stars. Will definitely make again...a number of times.
