- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 2 garlic clove (medium, sliced)
- 1 Tbsp. anchovies (canned in oil drained, 2 average, finely chopped or mashed with a fork)
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper (freshly ground)
- 4 cups romaine lettuce (shredded, chopped, rinsed well and patted dry)
- croutons (Handful of low-calorie, sorry, you will have to omit the croutons if you want to keep this recipe 2 points - but if you must, add a few croutons and make it 3 points)
