This soup is awesome!! I added some extra veggies to beef it up and it’s sooo good! Add a dash of cayenne for a hint of heat!

Amazing! I added more savory seasonings along w the recommended ones and I was definitely impressed. Very filling and I feel good about eating my veggies! Better the next day.

It’s definitely filling, just lacked flavor. I will freeze some and eat the rest over the next few days but add more seasoning. Will make again with a few adjustments.

This is a great recipe. The key is to try not to overcook the vegetables. That way, you retain more of the nutrients and stay full longer. This soup works well with this plan. https://bit.ly/2qeKKmL

I forgot the green beans when I was at the shop and I replaced the cabbage with spinach (which I really like) I also added some cayenne pepper and a teeny bit of chilli powder to give it some kick. Really tasty, I did simmer for longer than the recipe said as I wanted the carrots to be softer - maybe I didn’t cook them enough initially. Definitely will make it again once this batch is finished - seems quite versatile for trying different seasonings and veg! Will try the green beans and cabbage next time maybe. - edited to add a photo of the finished product!

I modified the recipe by adding more spices and deleting the tomato paste. Not sure for how much I’ve eaten so far if you could call it a “weight loss” soup. I’ll be making it again.
