- 2 jalapeños (diced, with seeds and ribs removed)

- 1 Tbsp. cumin powder
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder (feel free to add more chili to liking!)
- 2 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1 tsp. pumpkin spice
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 14.5 oz. roasted tomatoes (1 can ,fire-)
- 15 oz. tomato sauce (1 can)
- 15 oz. pumpkin (1 can)
- 14.5 oz. black beans (2 cans , red kidney, pinto, etc)
- 1 Tbsp. worchestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 cups water (or broth, or any cooking liquid, really — coffee works really well!)
