Description
By all means buy seedless watermelon when shopping for this recipe, since you will otherwise have to remove the seeds yourself before blending (which is not really that big a deal, but still). Here the watermelon is mixed wtih the juice of half a lime and a couple fresh mint leaves as a start, but you should always taste and add more of either to suit your own tastes. Same goes for blending until it is the consistency you prefer best.
