- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 cup watermelon (cubed)
- 1/3 cup Kalamata olives (cut in half)
- 1/3 cup Greek feta cheese
- 1 Tbsp. parsley (chopped)
- balsamic vinaigrette
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp. italian seasoning
- 1 pinch sea salt

Directions
- Place greens in bowl and top with watermelon, Kalamata olives, Greek feta cheese and fresh parsley.
- Add the ingredients for the vinaigrette in a small jar. Place lid on jar and shake to mix. Adjust seasonings to personal taste.
- Pour Balsamic Vinaigrette over top of salad and mix.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
- Recipe Notes Use as much or as little of the Balsamic Vinaigrette as you like. Any left over will keep for several days.
