I love this refreshing summer salad! I omit the oil and use more lemon juice. Be sure to use baby arugula. So yum!

With this salad I discovered how much I didn’t like arugula. If it’s your jam, you’ll love it, tho.

These flavors are delicious together. I used fresh basil and chives, and would add more feta if I make this again, and maybe a little extra lemon.
