Wow! Talk about summer in a jar.... this jam, lives up to its hype. First, I adore watermelon and always have, but this jam seems to freeze the way you feel when you finally take a bite out of the best watermelon of the year!
It's very easy to make, it makes the perfect "hostess"gift, or " happy new house" gift.... or even, "congrats on your brand new baby gift!" Anytime you want to make a little something for someone.
Even new jam makers can turn out the perfect jelly on the first try. The recipe is foolproof. Also last year I actually waited till Christmas to give as gifts and everyone absolutely LOVED it!!! It brightened up the dead of winter, with the wonderful taste of summer.
