This is more than terrific, The Kalamata olives (I was not sure) are the key ingredient. Made the balsamic reduction with an inexpensive balsamic and added some honey. Perfect for a summer appetizer or even as a light dessert.

I am making this for a party, and think it will be a hit! I made a simpler version with watermelon, feta and the balsamic reduction, which was tasty.

Brilliant!! Terrific taste combo, low cost, and only a few minutes to set up. I'm not sure how the calorie count is derived--maybe a particular weight or volume measure of the watermelon could be a starting point?
