- 1 cucumber (peeled and cut into pieces)
- 1/4 cup mint leaves
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- 3 cups ice

Directions
- Begin by peeling and chopping the cucumber and watermelon.
- Place the watermelon, cucumber, sugar, and mint into the KitchenAid® Torrent™ Blender. Blend until incorporated.
- Strain the mixture using a fine mesh strainer.
- Add ice and the liquid to the blender, and mix.
- Serve immediately with a sprig of mint for presentation.
