- 1 red chilli (deseeded and finely chopped)
- 1 shallot (finely chopped)
- juice (a lemon)
- 1 can tuna (line caught)
- 4 sorrel leaves (stalks removed and finely chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. coriander leaves (chopped)
- 2 tsp. cumin seeds (toasted for 1-2 mins to release their flavour)
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 watercress (pack of)
- 8 cherry tomatoes (quartered)
- 2 sorrel (stalks removed roughly chopped)
