- 2 apples (medium-sized seasonal, peeled and diced)
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries (or fresh, I used frozen)
- 1/2 tsp. canela
- 1 tsp. butter oil (I used butter)
- 2 tsp. pure maple syrup
