- 250 grams broccoli (cut into florets)
- 150 grams mushrooms
- 250 grams chicken breast
- 3 medium tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- pepper
- salt
- 3 drops chili sauce (optional)
- oil (for frying)

Directions
- Blanch the broccoli florets in salted water for 3-4 min.
- Cut the mushrooms in quarters, season with salt and pepper. Fry in a hot pan with some oil until golden brown. It should take about 5 min.
- Cut the chicken breast into bite size pieces, season with salt, pepper and dried oregano. Fry on both sides in a hot pan until cooked. The meat should be golden on the outside and juicy inside.
