- 500 grams chicken livers (sliced in even pieces)
- 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
- 1 tsp. fresh thyme (chopped)
- 1 jar Maille Pepper Sauce
- salad (Mixed green)
- croutons (optional)

Directions
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and sauté the chicken livers for 4 minutes until still pink in the middle. Add the garlic and thyme and cook for a further 1 minute.
- Add the Maille sauce and warm through gently but do not allow to boil.
- Serve with the salad and garnish with croutons.
