These Warm Banana Roll-ups were very good. As I was making them my family was eating them 👍🏻

I did this but with Norwergian products :) I used potato flatbreads/tortillas called Lefser and Gomme, which is a sort of cottage cheese with cinnamon and a little amount of sugar -it isnt really sweet.
Lefser are smaller than tortillas so I sliced the bananas in boat shaped halves and used toothpicks to hold it together. I turned out delicious and since the bananas were in halves they almost softened completely thorough, which didnt happened on the first tries when I used the whole banana.
I did miss some sweetness to it, so next time I might try it with honey or syrup ;)

Very delicious! I made it for my 16 month old, so didn’t add the honey, it really didn’t need it. We both enjoyed this! I added peanut butter too.

Definitely better with caramel sauce, although that prolly doesn't fit with their "healthy" outlook. Pretty tasteless snack otherwise tbh.

Pretty good, just seemed like it was missing something. Husband and I think a bit of brown sugar added to the mix may bring it all together. But the suggestion of caramel sounds great too!

Yummy flavors but worked better when we mashed the banana and spread it on the cream cheese spread then cooked the whole thing like a quesadilla.
