- 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs (for gluten-free, I used 7 S'morables Gluten Free Graham Crackers, pulsed to make crumbs)
- 3 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 1/2 cup whey protein (I used Whey Gourmet. If you want to omit protein, add extra graham crumbs)
- 4 Tbsp. melted butter (or coconut oil)
- 20 drops stevia (vanilla, *optional, I used NuNaturals)
- 1 tsp. butter (or coconut oil)
- 2 medium apples (peeled and thinly sliced)
- 1 tsp. canela
- 2 Tbsp. coconut sugar (or brown sugar)
- 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
- 3 stevia (packets, or sweetener to taste)
- 6 Tbsp. water
- 1 cup non fat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 20 stevia (vanilla, drops)
