    This was quick and easy to make and I am happy with how it turned out. I picked this particular recipe because it uses less sugar than other recipes and adds cinnamon & vanilla. I plan to make this again, but I will reduce the cinnamon to 1 tsp as it is just a wee bit overpowering for my taste.
