- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup black tea
- 70 grams butter (and a little extra for greasing the pan)
- 70 grams sugar
- 1 egg
- 150 grams flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 30 grams chopped walnuts
- 3 walnut halves (to decorate)

Directions
- Preheat the oven at 180C.
- In a small bowl add the raisins, lemon zest and baking soda. Add the hot black tea on top. Let it sit for 10 min.
- In another bowl mix the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and mix to combine.
