Used 2 large eggs (instead of 1.5) & baked for 14 mins instead of 13. The extra min gave it a tad more crunch (which we like) while still being chewy in the middle. Definitely will make again. My husband has almost eaten 1/2 the batch already! 😄

Some of the best chocolate chip cookies! Not too sweet. Roasting the walnuts is brilliant. Totally yummy.

i used semi-sweet instead of dark and did two eggs instead of 1.5. they are super fluffy and delicious! holy moly these are awesome!

make sure you follow the bake time. They look like they are not done, but they ate actually perfect.

I did modify a bit by adding 1 tbs of cocoa powder and it turns out great. Super delicious yummy!!!!
