Used 2 large eggs (instead of 1.5) & baked for 14 mins instead of 13. The extra min gave it a tad more crunch (which we like) while still being chewy in the middle. Definitely will make again. My husband has almost eaten 1/2 the batch already! 😄

Some of the best chocolate chip cookies! Not too sweet. Roasting the walnuts is brilliant. Totally yummy.

Just perfect! Didn't have brown sugar, have to try that next time, but less sugar did turn out well...
