- 1 oz. ranch dip mix (original)
- 23 oz. Franks Hot Sauce (original red)
- 1/4 cup beer (*helps to tenderize chicken)
- 1 Tbsp. bbq sauce (Sweet Baby Ray’s)
- 2 tsp. dried minced onion
- 1 tsp. fresh minced garlic (pre-minced jarred is fine)
- ½ tsp. coarse ground pepper (coarse)
- 4 Tbsp. butter (real, cut up)
- 8 potato chips (single-serving, 1.7/8 oz. bags Lay’s Barbecue Flavored)
- 8 cups shredded lettuce
- 2 cups celery (chopped or thinly sliced)
- 4 fresh tomatoes (chopped vine-ripened or garden)
- salt
- salt and coarse ground pepper
- 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion (can sub green onions if preferred)
- 8 Tbsp. ranch salad dressing (prepared)
- 8 Tbsp. blue cheese crumbles (can sub shredded cheddar, co-jack or mexi-blend if preferred)
- 8 strips crumbled bacon (crisp-cooked and)
- jalapeño (pickled rings, or peperoncini peppers)
- fresh pineapple (diced)
- black beans (rinsed and drained)
- corn (fresh grilled, cut from the cob)
- cucumber (diced)
- avocado (diced, or guacamole)
- broccoli florets (finely chopped fresh, mixed into the lettuce)
- carrots (grated)
- sour cream
- chips (that would work well are Sour Cream & Onion Flavored or assorted Lay’s and Ruffles, Doritos and Fritos, Cheez-It Crackers or Goldfish, Combos filled pretzels, or any of the Sun Chip flavors! Whatever fun assortment you can find.)
