- 10 pieces chicken
- 1 1/2 cups rice
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup

Directions
- Spray a 9x13 pan with Pam
- Add rice, water,salt, cream of mushroom soup, and cream of chicken soup stirring them together in 9x13 pan.
- Place washed chicken pieces on top.
- (alternatively - pour a little melted butter over chicken and rice)
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours
